Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business growth through strategic social media activities.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools such as Canva.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, campaigns, and events.
Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Grow online communities and increase brand visibility.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or HND in any field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be a resident in Surulere or nearby areas for easy commute.
BenefitsSalary: ₦90,000 Per Month.
