Social Media Manager

Job Summary


The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Uncle Stan’s online presence across all digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytics to ensure our brand stays engaging, trendy, and impactful in the fast-paced world of social media.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce exciting and shareable content.
Monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and competitor activities, and apply them to our brand.
Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Run paid social campaigns (ads, sponsored posts, influencer collaborations) and track ROI.
Prepare monthly social media reports and insights to guide marketing decisions.
Drive online campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations that generate buzz.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle feedback and ensure excellent online reputation management.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style across all platforms.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook algorithms.
Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
Creative, fun, and up-to-date with online culture, memes, and trends.
Strong communication and people skills for community building.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
