What You’ll Do
Own and execute multi-platform strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
Build data-backed content playbooks tailored to African audiences.
Create and scale viral-ready short-form video content.
Leverage AI tools to optimize content, workflows, and community management.
Run A/B tests and turn insights into growth strategies.
Drive measurable results: engagement, leads, and user acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in social media, digital growth, or creative strategy.
Experience in the Fintech industry is required
Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization.
Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms.
Creative thinker with strong Naija-centric storytelling skills.
Bonus: Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok).
Success = Growth in reach, engagement, and conversions + faster, smarter content execution powered by AI.
