Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for digital and marketing platforms.

Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate content. Create engaging short-form and long-form video content. Incorporate graphics, animations, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music where necessary. Perform color correction, audio balancing, and final video optimization. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to execute content ideas. Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and project objectives. Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines. Keep up with current video editing trends and recommend creative improvements.

A Degree or certification in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is an added advantage Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Video Editor. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant editing software. Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work within deadlines. A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
