We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Officer to support the company’s financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation. Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliation. Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and ledger accounts. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules. Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company financial policies. Assist with budgeting, audits, and statutory documentation. Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial records.

B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage. Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and communication skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
