Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Nasarawa

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

The Business Development Officer Leap mfi is responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new SME clients, revitalizing dormant accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term patronage. This role involves meeting sales targets, promoting the company’s products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals

Core Responsibilities

Achievement of assigned monthly,quarterly,yearly sales targets and objectives. Acquisition of new clients to purchase Loan and Investment products/service offerings. Restore and strengthen the relationship with SMEs and other prospects. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Ensuring accurate records at all times Build good work relationships and understand the needs of your customers. Resuscitate all major dormant SME and individual accounts. Follow up and rigorously implement the leap products. Consistently work towards achieving the vision, mission and imbibe Leap core values as a culture. Excellent customer service satisfaction at all times. Source Loan deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members Increase sales by establishing relationships with existing prospects as well as new potential customers to obtain their constant patronage Provide feedback on existing product to Sales & Marketing Management for future modifications and enhancements Always portray the organization in a positive, professional manner and thereby sell yourself, the company and our product. Attend various trade shows, seminars and conferences to promote the organization and its products and services Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor Participate in Loan recovery activities in the organization Reports Directly to the Principal Manager, Sales.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years experience.
