Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Burma, or Argentina.

Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance, resolving enquiries and complaints, processing customer requests, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, promotions, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Process customer orders and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Maintain positive customer relationships and encourage repeat patronage.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and submit required reports.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsMinimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant discipline.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and other digital communication platforms.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Customer-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
