Job Title: Manager, Human Resources
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities Required
Ability to oversee HR and Administrative operations at the Head Office and coordinate HR and Admin Officers across subsidiary companies.
Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, termination and staff welfare.
Ability to oversee payroll administration, salary processing, employee records and other HR-related matters.
Ability to manage performance appraisal processes, review performance reports and facilitate management approvals.
Ability to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, statutory regulations and organisational HR policies.
Ability to provide professional HR and administrative advice to management, supporting effective people management and organisational decisions.
Ability to administer and manage HR functions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Competency Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
Professional membership or registration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM/NIPM).
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in HR and Administrative management processes.
Proficiency in the administration and use of ERP systems, particularly HR-related modules.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and advisory skills.
Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
