 Job Title: Order Fulfillment Executive

The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for processing, verifying, and coordinating customer orders from confirmation to final dispatch. This role serves as a critical operational control point before products leave the warehouse, ensuring all orders meet strict accuracy, payment verification, and documentation standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced operational environment. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, accountability, and structured operational processes.

Process customer orders using the company ERP system (Odoo) and internal order documentation. Verify order details including product specifications, quantity, pricing, and payment confirmation before processing. Ensure all order records are accurately documented in accordance with company procedures.

Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure correct product picking and packing. Track order progress and ensure orders are fulfilled within required timelines. Escalate potential delays or discrepancies promptly.

Conduct final verification checks before order dispatch. Confirm that items released match customer orders in specification, quantity, and documentation. Verify serial numbers where applicable for high-value items such as laptops and tablets.

Report discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP records immediately. Support inventory reconciliation exercises when required. Ensure accurate documentation during stock handover to logistics teams or customers.

Provide order updates where required. Escalate order issues or stock shortages promptly. Ensure all order communication records are properly documented.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to order processing and dispatch. Reject or suspend order processing where payment confirmation or required documentation is incomplete. Identify and report operational gaps that could lead to fulfilment errors.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on: Order processing accuracy Dispatch verification accuracy Order fulfilment turnaround time ERP documentation compliance Inventory reconciliation accuracy.

Requirements Education

HND / BSc in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Related disciplines.

1–3 years experience in any of the following areas: Order fulfilment, Inventory management, Warehouse operations, Logistics coordination, ERP-based operational environments.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Ability to reconcile orders, invoices, and stock records.

Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills High level of accountability and integrity Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy Strong process discipline and operational awareness.

This role operates in a fast-paced technology distribution environment where operational accuracy and process discipline are essential.  Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple orders while maintaining strict verification standards.
