Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to boost awareness, reputation, and equity.
Messaging: Craft clear, compelling, and engaging messaging that resonates with our audiences.
Communication Channels: Oversee and coordinate communication across social media, email, events, and media outlets.
Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives. Pitch stories, secure media coverage, and drive visibility.
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, value-driven content for digital platforms and campaigns.
Event Support: Create tailored content for corporate events, product launches, activations, and health-themed observances.
Calendar Management: Plan and manage internal content calendars for key events like World Health Day, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.
Brand Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze brand metrics, and provide data-driven insights for strategic improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and product teams to align brand messaging and drive consistent communication.


Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Experience with media relations and content strategy
Proficiency in social media, content tools, and campaign analytics
Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines under pressure
A passion for brand storytelling and internal engagement


Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
