Job Title: Coal Mine Operations Officer

Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coal Mine Operations Officer to coordinate daily coal loading, truck deployment, payload monitoring, and dispatch operations to ensure efficient and safe coal evacuation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily coal loading, truck deployment, and dispatch activities. Monitor truck payload, weighbridge operations, waybills, and dispatch documentation. Track daily truck movements, tonnage, turnaround time, and operational delays. Ensure compliance with mine-site safety standards and vehicle loading limits. Monitor coal quality and promptly report operational challenges. Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with logistics teams and other stakeholders to achieve evacuation targets.
Minimum Qualifications
OND / NCE or equivalent qualification.
Practical knowledge of truck loading, payload monitoring, weighbridge operations, and dispatch documentation.
Basic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at mine sites and on shifts or weekends when required.
