Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, supervise store personnel and ensure efficient stock management
The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing a store and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and activities of the store.
Manage stock receiving, storage, issuance and replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation.
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages, damages and losses.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
Supervise and coordinate store staff.
Ensure proper arrangement, organisation and security of store items.
Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
Liaise with procurement and other departments on stock requirements.

OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in store management or inventory management.
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Stores Supervisor or Inventory Officer.
Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
High level of honesty, accountability and attention to detail.
Location Requirement:Candidates should preferably reside in or around Ibeju-Lekki, Awoyaya, Lakowe, Sangotedo or nearby areas and must be able to commute reliably to the work location. SearchJobs
