Creative Digital Marketing & Design Associate

Key Job Description and Responsibilities


Develop compelling graphics and visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, ads, and campaigns.
Photography, Videography and video Editing.
Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
Collaborate on campaign concepts and execution across marketing channels.
Manage social media accounts, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize for growth.
Produce short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics when needed.
Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Monitor trends in digital marketing, design, and social media.


Experience and Requirements


2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a hunger to produce results.
