Digital Marketing Apprentice (Lead Generation Focus)

at Adroit Advisors

Full Time

About You:

You live online—not just scrolling, but testing, tweaking, and converting.
You’ve grown something from scratch (a social page, a side hustle, a personal brand).
You don’t need handholding—but you crave mentorship from a proven leader.
You see AI as your co-pilot, not your crutch.

About Us:

We’re a top-tier ICAN-licensed accounting firm (audit, tax, forensics, expat advisory). Our CEO has built:

7 Google-verified locations (a rarity in Nigeria).
Top 5 LinkedIn presence in our industry.
#1 SERP rankings for key financial services.

Now, we need YOU to scale our lead engine.

The Job (No Fluff Edition):

Hunt for High-Value Clients
Use LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO to attract businesses, expats, and CFOs.
No "brand awareness" nonsense—every post must pull in leads or die trying.

Master WordPress (On the Job)

Update our site, build landing pages, and fix what’s broken (we’ll train you).

Work Smarter with AI

Use ChatGPT, Canva, SEMrush to 10x your output (we’ll show you how).

Learn the Game from the Best

Our CEO (that’s me) has done it all—you’ll get my playbook, scripts, and direct feedback.

What We DON’T Care About:

Your degree or "years of experience."
Fancy jargon. If you can get results, we want you.

What We DO Care About:

GRIT: You’ve failed, adapted, and kept pushing.
CURIOSITY: You reverse-engineer what works and make it better.
COACHABILITY: You take feedback like a champion and run with it.
