Job Summary

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager position, is a remote position within LemFi’s Marketing team.
This role will build LemFi’s Nigerian influencer ecosystem and provide ongoing support to creators, including through training webinars and community building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Responsibilities Are As Follows

Partner with Nigerian influencers who reach audiences in the UK, USA and EU.
Host regular educational webinars for creators on topics such as content strategy, diaspora growth tactics, and using LemFi to monetize.
Organize on-the-ground campaigns and assist with LemFi Creators Summit in Lagos.
Work with marketing and CRM teams on campaigns and user engagement.

Requirements

4 years experience in influencer relations or digital engagement.
Confident public speaker and webinar facilitator.
Strong ties with Nigeria’s creator community.
Experience in planning local marketing activations and influencer programs.
