Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager who will lead our online presence, engage our community, and drive digital growth for our brand.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create and oversee engaging content calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Plan, run, and optimize paid digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Monitor trends in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics to keep Kuddy Cosmetics relevant and top-of-mind.
Track, analyze, and report on digital performance using analytics tools to guide strategy.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and social media management — preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or fashion industry.
Strong skills in content creation, community management, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in social media tools, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
A creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
