Job Description
Field Activation Promoters for Spectranet are responsible for driving direct sales and brand awareness by engaging potential customers in high-traffic outdoor locations.
They act as the face of the brand to register new users and hit daily subscription targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition: Engage prospects directly on the field to pitch and sell Spectranet internet services and devices.
Product Demonstration: Educate potential customers on data plans, network coverage, and device benefits.
Customer Registration: Assist new customers with the onboarding, documentation, and instant activation process.
Brand Representation: Maintain a high energy level and professional demeanor while handling flyer distribution and roadshows.
*Reporting: Track daily sales, customer feedback, generate leads and field insights to report to the team supervisor.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND or S.S.C.E with 0-1 year of experience
Must live within the job locations or environs.
Must not be more than 25 years old (Preferably Male).
Candidates should be able to work Monday to Saturday.
Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or experiential activations.
Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and physically fit to handle outdoor field operations.
SalaryN70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
