Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, confident, energetic, and results-drivenSales Representativeto join our bra and lingerie retail store in Agungi, Lekki.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about sales, comfortable engaging potential customers within the shopping plaza, and capable of converting customer enquiries into purchases.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
Proactively engage potential customers within the shopping plaza and invite them to visit the store.
Promote bras, lingerie, new arrivals, and special offers.
Drive daily sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
Assist with inventory management, payment processing, and daily sales reporting.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.
Confident, friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.
Energetic and proactive, with the ability to attract and engage potential customers.
Honest, reliable, and target-driven.
Preferably residing around Agungi, Jakande, Osapa, or nearby Lekki areas.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary:₦100,000 – ₦130,000, depending on experience.
