Salesforce Consulting (a subsidiary of SF Metrics & Analytics Ltd) - Our client, a Microfinance Bank, due to an acquisition by investors with a vision to set up a robust MFB leveraging high-level technology for accelerated market share growth and expansion. They are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire banking operations in terms of asset management, liquidity management, financial reporting, tellering, customer service, etc. Working closely with the entire team to increase market share through service delivery. Develop and maintain an effective public relations strategy to promote the products and services to customers Devising clear-cut strategies to leverage tech for operations

First Degree/HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Statistics, Economics. Professional certification and qualification are required. Candidate must possess a certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

A minimum of 12years of work experience in banking operations. A proven record of senior management work experience in microfinance banks. Must be computer literate with the ability to use diverse MFB operations software Must be passionate about the use of digital platforms for banking operations. Experience in managing liquidity as well as the entire banking operations Bookkeeping, balance sheet preparation, and cash flow analysis Knowledge in instituting effective internal controls and audit procedures.

Leadership skills. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Use of computer and tech-savvy
