Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Junior Motion Design Executive to join our growing creative team.
• The ideal candidate will support the design and animation of digital content across social media, advertising, and brand communication platforms.
• You will bring ideas to life through motion graphics, video editing, and creative visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, and client projects.
• Work with the creative team to develop storyboards, mood boards, and style frames for motion projects.
• Edit and enhance video content with dynamic transitions, sound design, and graphics.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to translate brand goals into impactful visuals.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques in motion design.
• Ensure all outputs align with brand identity and project objectives.
• Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines on multiple assignments.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of Cinema4D/Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous motion design and video work.

Renumeration
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
