Senior Public Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities


Coordinating all public relations and marketing communications activities
Developing and executing marketing communication plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics using varying communication channels
Analysing, implementing and defining communications key performance indicators for client briefs and campaign
Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
Managing Client relationships and fostering relationships with new clients
Prospecting new clients and creating necessary communications pitch decks
Leveraging existing Media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media
Managing media inquiries and interview requests
Creating content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations
Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR results on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis
Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Building relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Managing communications team to ensure the successful completion of client briefs
Managing influencer marketing campaigns
Developing, executing and maintaining crisis management strategies on behalf of clients
Overseeing and coordinating team members to execute public relations and communication plans.


Requirements


BSc Degree in Communications or any related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public relations agency (Only Agency experience will be considered)
Strong account management and corporate communications skills
Excellent team management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients.
