Responsibilities

Design a wide range of engaging graphics for social media platforms, website visuals, and digital ad campaigns.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual outputs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery.
Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve creative workflows.
Use social media analytics to evaluate performance and optimize content for better engagement.
Design assets for digital platforms including social media, email templates, banner ads, and websites.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or a relating field.
3+ years of proven experience in graphic or visual design.
A deep understanding of various social media platforms, and their visual requirements.
Basic knowledge on how to optimize content for search engines.
Ability to write compelling content and captions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
