We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective management of human resources operations, employee relations, and organisational policies.

Manage  recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support payroll administration, attendance, leave, and benefits management. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws. Handle employee relations, welfare, and workplace concerns. Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and staff development. Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day administrative activities.

B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
