Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the bank's financial products and services, acquiring new customers, driving deposit mobilisation, and increasing the bank's customer base.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for the bank.
Promote savings, loans, and other financial products.
Drive deposit mobilisation and meet assigned marketing targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous marketing or sales experience, preferably in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
RemunerationSalary: N120,000 monthly.
Benefit: Pension.
